Worcester has been transformed into one of the top shopping centres in the West Midlands.

It offers a unique shopping experience, blending modern, leading stores in attractive pedestrianised precincts with a whole host of smaller, specialist shops in old streets lined with timber-framed buildings.

Several shopping arcades, a permanent indoor Market Hall and a Victorian Street Fayre at Christmas attracting visitors from all over the country, are further examples of a unique shopping environment.

Worcester also has a large number of restaurants which cater for all cultures, tastes and budgets. Most pubs offer good food at affordable prices too. Birmingham is a short distance away for clubs and pubs, but Worcester itself has a growing number of clubs attracting young people from all over the region.
