Anything submitted to an external company for publication either as print or web should be submitted to the Marketing Department for approval (marketing@wortech.ac.uk).
Adverts / Course Posters
The College has an advert template implemented by the marketing department. The template consists of a sub header, title, description and contact details with a space for one image which should be provided as a jpeg or tiff. (see image section)
Text should be sent to ssavage@wortech.ac.uk as a word document.
This template can also be used for individual course posters and printed internally. Marketing will change the layout at their discretion. Adverts should only be placed with the agreement of the Marketing Department.
Course Booklets
Course covers are available from the Educational Technology Department. To update images please email ssavage@wortech.ac.uk with the new requirements.
Text for the booklets should be submitted in a word document to the Educational Technology
Department who will produce finished booklets.
Course booklets should contain all relevant courses within the Faculty.
Course Leaflets
A5 leaflets can be produced for individual courses, these can be produced as a double sided A5 or as A4 folded to A5. Leaflet covers will be available from the Educational Technology Department
To update images please email ssavage@wortech.ac.uk with the new requirements.
Text for the leaflets should be submitted in a word document to the Educational Technology Department who will produce finished leaflets.
Leaflets can not be produced in any other format. If you are unsure please contact the Marketing Department (marketing@wortech.ac.uk).
