You can enrol on part-time courses in the following ways:
By telephone
Please call 01905 743456 with your credit/debit card, details and course reference number. Our telephone lines are open from 9.00 - 17.00, Monday to Friday. At times the lines are very busy and you may get the answer machine. Please do leave a message and we will get back to you.
In person
Drop into the Course Guidance & Enrolment Centre, St. Wulstan's Building, Deansway.
Opening hours
Monday - Friday: 9.00 - 17.00
By visiting us in person you can pay by cash, cheque, credit/debit card.
What next?
Once we have received your enrolment form with the correct payment, we will automatically register you on the course. We do not acknowledge receipt of enrolment forms, but you will hear from us approximately 7 days prior to the start date of your course.
Course cancellations
Worcester College of Technology very much regret having to cancel courses at short notice. Please help us to avoid this by enrolling at least 7 days before the commencement date of your chosen course. If we have to cancel a course, you will receive a letter notifying you of this fact and we will refund you in full as a matter of urgency.
Interviews
Some courses require you to have an interview prior to enrolment. This is to help you decide whether you are taking the right course. If you would like to make an appointment for an interview please call 01905 743456
