CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Management

About this course

This intermediate qualification is designed to give you a firm foundation for a successful career in Human Resource Management.

You will study the following modules:

• Developing professional practice
• Business issues and the context of human resources
• Using information in HR
• Employment law
• Contemporary developments in employment relations
• Managing and coordinating the HR function

Days and times:

Part-time: This course is delivered on a Wednesday 1.45 pm - 8.30 pm.

Entry requirements

A Certificate in Human Resource Practice or a Certificate in Personnel Practice or other suitable qualifications (eg a non relevant degree/MA) or appropriate experience

Assessment

You will be required to pass one written assessment per module (this is set by CIPD and marked by the college)

What next?

Success in the course means you will be awarded Associateship of the CIPD.  You can then progress to the two year CIPD Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management
