Who should attend?
Sales is one of the quickest growing employment sectors within the UK with just over 2 million people employed within a sales or telesales role. This qualification is ideal for those working as telesales operators, trainee sales advisors, sales consultants and sales executives.
Course Content
To achieve the full qualification, candidates must attain a minimum of 22 credits in total, comprising all the mandatory units and the remaining credits will be achieved be selecting a minimum of one unit from each of the optional groups.
The Learning and Skills Development Officer will provide support and guidance in selecting the appropriate units.

- Supporting customers in obtaining finance for purchases
- Generating and qualifying leads
- Meeting customer's after sales needs
- Manage personal development
- Participate in meetings
- Communicate information and knowledge
- Obtaining and analysing sales related information
- Obtaining and analysing competitor information
- Buyer behaviour in sales situations
- Communication using digital marketing/sales channels
Assessment
Assessment is through submission of a portfolio of evidence and/or professional discussion, to demonstrate that the requirements are met at the relevant standard.
