Who should attend?

For those who work under supervision in a child care setting e.g. nursery assistants, creche workers or special educational needs assistants.

Course Content

To achieve the qualification, candidates must achieve 31 credits from the mandatory units and 4 credits from the optional units available.

• Managing Paediatric Illness and Injury

Assessment uses evidence from the workplace for example observable performance, physical products of work (such as reports, plans, correspondence etc), witness testimony, professional discussion and questioning.
