Fancy a new hobby? Head Chef Dwight Clayton joined Worcester College of Technology’s team of lecturers in 2010 teaching on a number recreational courses and is responsible for our very popular Italian Cookery course. A former student of the College, Dwight has worked in a number of fine eateries in the country including Worcester’s Glasshouse Brassiere and The Inn at Stonehall, where he is currently head chef and has recently joined the elite few in the country to be listed in the Michelin 2011 Eating Out in Pubs guide.
