Take a culinary tour of France and learn how to cook dishes from different regions such as Normandy, Brittany, Provence, Basque and Auvergne, among others. The first week of the course will consist of a demonstration by the tutor, thereafter you will be required to bring along your own ingredients, on a weekly basis, as advised by the tutor.

You will learn to cook dishes from the following regions of France
- Basque
- Normandy
- Brittany
- Burgundy
- Perigord
- Provence
- Auvergne
- Languedoc
Talks will also be given on Charente, Savoy, Alsace and Lorraine.
