ESOL For Work

About this course

ESOL for Work is a new qualification to develop the language skills of migrant workers.  It is designed to meet language needs in a workplace context and leads to a nationally recognised qualification.  It is different to other ESOL courses in that it builds upon basic English skills and develops workers' ability to apply these skills to their job roles and to the wider work environment.  It is based on the following three modules, each of which can be contextualised to the appropriate employment sector:

Modules:  Health and Safety at Work, Getting the Job Done, Your Role in the Workplace.
