Dorothy Richardson, winner of the College’s LLB law prize, worked as a receptionist at Worcester College of Technology until her retirement in 2009. Deciding that retirement wasn’t for her she decided to join the College’s LLB Law Course. Dorothy says “I decided to study on the course in order to prove to myself that I was capable of academic study”. Graduating with a 2:1 degree, 66 year old Dorothy has definitely proved that no matter what your age anything is achievable.
