This subject looks at the rights which can exist in land such as leases, rights of way, mortgages, freehold and leasehold. Land is permanent and so these rights need some degree of permanent protection. This is achieved by the system of land registration which is considered throughout the subject.
Lessons for Ilex Level 6 subjects start at either 9.15 or 13.30 and are for three hours. In any particular subject the lesson happens either on Wednesday morning or Wednesday afternoon and is delivered in this way either from September to December or from January to May.
Entry requirements
The examinations can be taken by those who have passed, or gained exemptions from, Level 3. (Unless they are taken on an individual basis, as explained above). For information about exemptions please contact Aidan Flynn on 01905 743405 This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
