Who should attend

Designed for those individuals who internally quality assure assessors and the assessment practice, but do not have responsibility for managing the centre or other quality assurers.

Course Content

The programme involves self directed study and five one-to-one workshops that will take place at your employment premises. The workshops will cover the topics of the principles and practices of internally assuring the quality of assessment and how to internally assure the quality of assessment.

Assessment - All units are internally assessed. Each unit within the qualification has specified assessment criteria which must be met. To achieve a pass the learner must have met all the assessment criteria.

Evidence of competence may come from:

• current practice
• a programme of development
• the recognition of prior learning (RPL)

The Awarding Body is Edexel.
