Staff development - including free courses

The College was awarded IIP (Investor In People) status in May 1996, and was re-accredited in 2005. As part of our on-going commitment to help our staff achieve their full potential, we offer: Continuing professional development for all staff, through internally and externally provided courses/training to help achieve, for example, professional qualifications, professional up-dating, I.T. skills, etc. One free College course per year – staff can choose from recreational or academic courses...

In addition to 8 days Bank Holiday entitlement:

Lecturers have 37 days annual leave per year
Business Support Staff have 25 days leave per year during their first two years in post
rising to 30 days each year thereafter
