Nursery & childcare

We offer a number of "Play-tec" creche and nursery facilities, so whilst you're studying at College your children are learning too!

Our inspection reports have been excellent and highlighted the many strengths of our provision. The nurseries are very flexible and offer hourly booking, making it a very affordable option for most students.

We also work in partnership with Surestart to provide childcare in designated city areas offering support to children and their families. The childminding network consists of local registered childminders who care mainly for children under 2, to give parents an alternative choice to college nursery provision. All our childminders work in partnership with us and are committed to providing high quality care.

Childcare grant for young learners
If you are a parent between the age of 16 and 19 then you may be eligible for up to £5,000 for childcare and associated travel costs when you enrol at the College.
