In order to assess whether or not the College’s Equal Opportunities and other related policies are being carried out effectively both applicants and employees will be monitored on the basis of their sex, ethnic group and disability.
In order to help comply with this policy, provision has been made in the college application forms for applicants to state their sex, details of disability, and their ethnic origin.
